The Federal Government will soon change the LAW regarding Surety Bond for Transportation Brokers

All Licensed Brokers will be required to increase their Surety Bond from $10,000 to $100,000

For those with the new BOND, All Licensed Brokers will have to reapply for License and Bonding every 5 years.

Every authorized Motor Carrier that wants to work with another carrier must be so Licensed and Bonded
